賓哥跟羅力是兩隻快樂的小哈吧狗，飼主鮑勃每天出門去上班以後，兩隻小哈吧狗為了完成鮑勃的心願，都會給自己找個任務，他們有時是在自己的鎮上，有時則是遠渡重洋，在動物朋友的幫助下，展開刺激的大冒險。
